These Pokémon head towards another resort worker, Alisa. Alisa and Haru exchange introductions, revealing Alisa's role as a part-time summer worker at the resort. After interacting with Alisa's Mudkip and discussing her "guest task" challenges, Alisa invites Haru to follow her.
Providing Haru with suitable attire, Alisa explains how Pokémon often visit for pampering purposes. Tyler announces a delicious dish, prompting the girls to leave and try his food.
Pokémon Concierge scene shifts to Haru enjoying the meal on the shore, gazing at the beautiful blue sky. Taking a brief nap, she wakes up to find Psydusk looming over her, causing a momentary startle. Later, Haru explores a massage area at the resort, encountering Tyler's service Pokémon and Ms. Watanabe. Ms. Watanabe affirms her skill, capable of lulling any Pokémon to sleep with a touch. Offering Haru a massage, Ms. Watanabe listens as Haru shares her experiences on the island thus far.

The following day, Haru meets Ms. Watanabe at a gazebo, presenting a data project she worked on. While impressed, Ms. Watanabe requests Haru to share her experiences from the previous day.
Haru enjoys watching Pansage, Panpour, and Pansear engaging in amusing antics, sparking genuine laughter. Reflecting on their playful actions, she likens them to the humor in her own past problems.
Haru declares that her time at the resort has helped dispel negative feelings from her previous life. Ms. Watanabe emphasizes the importance of having fun while working, presenting Haru with a cloth to wear during her tasks.
Furthermore, Ms. Watanabe instructs Haru to select a Pokémon before sunset. Visiting the beach, Haru observes Mudkip and Wooper playing together, feeling unsure about this new task. Suddenly, Psyduck emerges from the bushes and departs.
